Not all mail carriers or courier services are able to deliver to addresses containing a P.O. box. Because of this, Urban Shop is unable to ensure the delivery of items shipped to mailing address containing P.O. boxes. Please check with your local mail carrier or courier service before placing an order with a mailing address containing a P.O. box.
Once an order has been received, please allow approx. 1 - 2 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the delivery information.
The shipping charge varies depending on what products you order. The best way to see what shipping will be is to add products to your cart and begin the checkout process. The total shipping charge will be shown before you enter any payment information. Orders over £75 are free on eligible items.
We only accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
Placing an available item into your cart and/or wish-list does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Our head office is based in Australia. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, and you can rest assured that your orders are handled securely and with the utmost care at all times.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as some items are located locally and some international fulfilment centres. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are all on the way.
