This tool is used to prepare leather surfaces to obtain the best bond when using adhesives. Very helpful when gluing leather that has minimal texture. The large handle makes for a very comfortable fit to your hand allowing you to apply a heavy pressure to the leather surface. The tool and ferrule are made of stainless steel.
